• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or agreed deposit.

• We accept payments via M-Pesa, bank transfers, and other approved methods.

• Toptank reserves the right to cancel or reject any order for reasons including product unavailability or pricing errors.

5. Pricing

• All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Delivery charges (if applicable) are communicated during the checkout or quotation process.

6. Delivery

• Delivery is made within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Free delivery is offered for tanks 5,000 litres and above.

• Customers must ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the delivery.

• Toptank is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

7. Returns & Exchanges

• Customers may return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

• Returns must meet the conditions outlined in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

• Custom or used tanks are not eligible for return unless defective.

• Toptank provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

• Warranty terms vary by product and are available upon request or on the product packaging.

• Misuse, improper installation, or third-party modifications void the warranty.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on this site (text, images, logos, etc.) is the property of Toptank or its licensors.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the site without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Toptank is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
