At Toptank Limited, we are committed to delivering your water storage tanks safely, promptly, and efficiently across Kenya. Please review our shipping and delivery terms below.

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all major towns and regions within Kenya. For remote or hard-to-access areas, delivery may be subject to additional coordination.

2. Delivery Timeline

• All standard deliveries are made within 2 business days after order confirmation and payment.

• In some locations, same-day or next-day delivery may be available depending on stock and route schedules.

Delivery timelines may vary slightly during public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or logistical disruptions. We will keep you informed in such cases.

3. Free Delivery Policy

We offer FREE delivery on:

• All tanks 5,000 litres and above

• Orders that meet or exceed the 5,000L size in a single purchase (e.g., multiple tanks totaling 5,000L or more)

For tanks below 5,000L, a reasonable delivery fee will be charged based on your location and order size. This fee will be communicated before order confirmation.

4. Delivery Process

Once your order is confirmed:

1. Our logistics team will contact you to confirm delivery address and availability.

2. A delivery vehicle will be dispatched with your tank(s) and accessories (if applicable).

3. Upon arrival, our delivery team will offload the product to the nearest accessible point on your premises.

Please ensure there is sufficient space to receive the tank. Toptank does not offer installation services as part of the delivery.

5. Delivery Terms

• Customer Presence: We encourage customers (or a representative) to be present during delivery for inspection and confirmation.

• Inspection: Check your tank(s) for any damage before accepting delivery. Report any issues immediately to the driver or customer care.

• Failed Deliveries: If no one is available to receive the delivery, re-delivery may be scheduled at an additional cost
